Elizabeth’s medical expertise, creativity, and ability to collaborate and lead others prepared her to make the transition to program manager from a clinical position. As a program manager, she utilizes the GHBTRSSS (goals & objectives, historical data, budget, timeline, risk & resources, scope/scale, shared vision) framework to develop well-designed programs that are in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
