Clinician

As a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing, Elizabeth was trained at one of the top nursing institutions in the United States to provide quality patient-centered care. She worked in a number of healthcare settings over the past ten years of her career. She spent time providing care at a federally qualified health center, a minute clinic, an onsite employee clinic, and two virtual and direct patient care startups. She autonomously provided care to patients ages 2 months to 65 years of age with medically complex chronic diseases and acute conditions. She is revered as a leader amongst her peers and has worked as a medical consultant for the past two years on complex presentations and lab interpretations. Most importantly, she is loved by her patients and has received an average NPS score of 95%, and was nominated as a Top Nurse in Minneapolis in 2014 for her efforts to change access to healthcare.

She enjoys working collaboratively with her colleagues and patients to come up with patient-centered care plans with actionable and attainable goals. She is a continuous learner and encourages those around her to do the same. She established a morbidity and mortality conference at RetraceHealth and NiceHealthcare in order to discuss difficult cases and evidenced-based medicine with her peers and to identify operational improvements across the organization.
